Thanks my alternative mom friend for helping spread the word about my web site www.smallchanges.info.

Blogs like this really help me and other sites to get info out there!!

My son is going on 3 years of being virtually tic free with the exception of cold and allergies (tic triggers), we cleaned up the foods he was eating, eliminated dairy all together (big ocd trigger) and cleaned up his environment and what a difference!!!!

There isn't a cure but there is certainly ways to help alleviate a lot of the symptoms. Believe me, It took me 2 years to trust in what I was doing and now I am convinced it DOES work!!!!!

I can't guarantee that it will work for everyone but even if it eliminated 1/3 of the symptoms I would say that is GREAT success!!! When my son was at his worst I prayed for just a small improvement to help ease his body and I was thrilled when I watched the changes take place and ended up with a huge improvement. It does take a lot of committment and diligence but I can really tell you that now it's just like clock work.....we just know now what to stay away from and when he can have his splurges. It does get easier.

anyways......If anyone out there needs advice or support visit my website and drop me a line.

All my best,
Erin
